ORDERING
- Orders can be made: online, by fax or telephone.
- Where applicable all prices include VAT at 20%
- Matsuru.co.uk accepts Paypal, TT or cheques as payment.
- Credit card security is considered to be of the highest priority. That’s why we are providing our customers with one of the most secure and yet usable and friendly order payment systems available.
DELIVERY
- The goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier next working day. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible
- Courier delivery cost for England and Wales is £5.95 per parcel. For orders over £150.00 the postage is £10.00 per box. For Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Ireland please contact us for prices.
- Any deliveries outside the U.K. please contact us for prices.
- In case the courier delivery is not successful and goods have to be redelivered there will be a further charge by the couriers alternatively the goods can be picked up from the carriers depo.
- Signed proof of carrier required where complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items.
- Ownership of goods is only passed to the purchaser when the full payment is received.
- Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery, and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence.
RETURNING GOODS
- Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the goods and are at customers own cost.
- Returns can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed
- No return goods will be accepted unless previously agreed with Matsuru. via an email to office@matsuru.co.uk. When contacting Matsuru please state your order number. You will receive a return number. The return number will speed up the return procedure.
- Please return in original polythene packing and quote your return number on the parcel. Please retain a receipt from the post office as proof of posting. Once we receive the goods you will be refunded for the goods (excluding delivery) or an exchange dispatched at no further charge. When sending goods back please write clearly your return number on the package and take care when packing the order since we cannot accept liability for delivery damage to your order. Please inform us when your order has been sent.
CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
- Despite all the advantages of shopping on the Internet/phone/fax, a common complaint from shoppers is that they can’t actually see the goods before purchase. We understand this and to help overcome this issue we offer a 14 day full money back guarantee on all our products. The 14 days commence from the day after the day the customer receives the goods
- All goods are subject to guarantee against faulty manufacture and defective materials. Goods will be exchanged or refunded if returned to us in good condition and not suffering from damage due to misuse or excessive wear. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
WEAPONS
- No weapons will be sold to persons under the age of 18 years or to anyone who is not able to supply a M.A.C. licence or registered club card. We would like to draw our customers’ attention to the Prevention of Crime Act 1953 which states that it is prohibited to carry in a public place any weapon considered to be offensive. We would like to point out that holding a licence or club card which permits you to purchase weapons does not entitle you to carry such weapons in a public place. All metal Weapons are offered for Sale as Collectors and Utility Items. There is absolutely no suggestion that any Metal Weapon offered is suitable for combat as a weapon for inflicting injury on a person or causing to fear injury.
- Use and Misuse of Martial Arts Weapons can involve serious risk, including injury, disability and death. Weapons are sold for training and Kata use only under strict expert supervision, or for demonstrations of forms, or as collectors’ items for display only. Inspect weapons before use to ensure that they are in perfect condition. DO NOT USE WEAPONS FOR SPARRING OR CONTACT. User assumes all risks of Injury.
- No Wooden weapons used in Martial Arts are under Warranty if used for Contact or Sparring
- We do not accept liability for damage or injury caused through misuse of weapons purchased.
CLUBS & INSTRUCTORS
Our products can only be bought at Retail Prices via our web site. To apply for special club and instructor prices, follow this procedure:
Contact Us via our contact email. We will require confirmation of your club details and instructor status. We will send you our Club & Instructor martial arts supplies price list and delivery charges.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR CLUBS & INSTRUCTORS
Orders need to be paid once your order is accepted and invoice has been issued. Payment through either Paypal or bank TT.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Description and prices are correct at the time of going to the press but many are subject to alteration. We reserve the right to invoice at prices ruling at the time of despatch. Every effort will be made to notify customers of price increase prior to despatch.
- Goods are offered subject to availability.
- Due to continuous improvement in the Martial Arts World, we reserve the right to alter specifications on products without any notice.
- The actual products may differ from the photographs shown in this catalogue as pictures are for illustration purpose only.
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Matsuru.co.uk site. The changes will apply to the use of the Matsuru.co.uk site after we have given notice. If you continue to use the Matsuru.co.uk site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Matsuru.co.uk Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
- Matsuru aims to offer you the best service possible, although we make no promise that the services at the Matsuru site will meet your requirements. Matsuru cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Customer Services at office@matsuru.co.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the Matsuru site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Matsuru will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
- As a convenience to Matsuru customers, the Matsuru site includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. Matsuru is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages linked on the Matsuru site.
- These terms supersede all previous business agreements.
